The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy serves the community as stewards for the six parks, seven parkways, and eight circles in the 850-acre Olmsted parks system. The care, maintenance, and restoration of these historic treasures are the responsibility of nearly 100 seasonal and full-time staff members, a volunteer board of trustees with 24 members, and over 1500 volunteers each year.
In 2018, The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy celebrated the 150th anniversary of the parks and continues to partner with the City of Buffalo to provide safe, clean, and FREE green space to improve the quality of life for the WNY region. A portion of the proceeds from “The Terrace” provides funds for the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy's park maintenance efforts. Your patronage is greatly appreciated!
