Celebrate Easter Sunday at the Terrace

We will have three seatings throughout the day for you and your family to celebrate Easter Sunday! Our special menu for the day will offer a carving station with a roasted pit ham with whole grain ale mustard as well as a citrus brined turkey breast with giblet gravy.

A buffet will accompany the main carving station and feature:
  • Freshly baked breakfast pastries
  • Smoked salmon with pickled red onion, capers, cucumber, lemon and dill
  • Charcuterie & cheese boards
  • Fresh fruit display
  • Tavern chopped salad
  • Marinated tomatoes, chive goat cheese, basil, balsamic reduction
  • Grilled broccoli salad with bacon vinaigrette
  • Braised beef short ribs with red wine jus
  • Lyonnaise potatoes
  • Glazed baby root vegetables
  • Cherrywood smoked bacon
  • Brioche french toast, vanilla pastry cream, and fresh berries
  • Fried pierogi, caramelized onions, brown butter
  • Cheese blintz with blueberry lemon compote
  • Farmers frittata, tomato, basil, shallots, spinach, mozzarella
  • Assorted dessert bars and freshly baked pie
